Q:What is your return/exchange policy?

A:If you should ever experience a problem with any of our built-to-order interconnects or cable assemblies due to defect in fabrication or materials, just let us know and we'll make it right. Our repair/replacement policy can be reviewed more thoroughly on our How We Operate page.

Q:Do you combine shipping?

A:If it doesn't already ship for free, we sure can. Of course, if you should have a specific question concerning shipping for any of our products, let us know: INFO@NYPROAUDIOCABLES.COM

Q:When can I expect my order to ship?

A:All of our cables and interconnects are built to order. The general lead time for the majority of our standard assemblies is 2-3 business days. Of course, this can vary for large or extensive custom orders. Please remember that business days do not include weekends and holidays. If you happen to place an order at 3 a.m. on Saturday it will be accepted Monday morning;)

Q:Do you ship internationally?

A:Most of our products do ship worldwide. If you need an international (Non-U.S.) shipping cost, just contact us and we’ll be sure to respond with a quote.

Q:I need something I don't see in your store. Do you have it?

A:Not a problem. We're always happy to build to your specifications or special order a piece of gear. If you're looking for something specific that you don't see, let us know and we'll be sure to get back to you. Please, don't go ahead and purchase a similar product and attach a note with your order requesting customized adjustments... yes, it's been done. Just contact us ahead of time and we'll make it happen.

Q:I need something in a hurry. Can you do that?

A:Usually we can. However, please remember that all of our assemblies are built to order and that certain deadlines are not always feasible - don't make a purchase and then contact us concerning your need for rush shipping. If you're working on a tight schedule feel free to contact us in advance and we'll be sure to get back to you right away.
