How We Operate
All of our professional cables and interconnects are built to order; this ensures both a fresh product and allows us the flexibility to incorporate any specific changes or modifications from our stock build that maybe desired. Our lead time is unrivaled. Nearly all of our orders are fabricated and ship in 2-3 business days. Our goal is to offer true professional audio cables and solutions at incredible pricing - if you have any questions or concerns just let us know.
If you should ever experience a problem with a cable assembly due to defect in fabrication or materials, just let us know and we'll make it right. We will gladly inspect any claims (return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer) and repair/replace any such failures. To date we have had no such returns.
Because all of the cables and interconnects we offer are built-to-order, our policy only provides for the repair/replacement of the same product. Additionally, we are unable to cancel orders once fabrication has begun. We cannot accept returns for items purchased in error or replace products damaged by improper use/abuse, nor can we accept returns for assemblies that have been deconstructed or disassembled in any manner.
Most of our bulk cut cable, sleeving, connectors and clearance items are offered on an AS-IS basis. If you're unclear about a specific item's return/exchange policy or if you should ever have any other questions, please feel free to contact us prior to purchasing.
We do not currently accept orders through this web site for shipments intended for delivery outside of the 50 United States - this includes U.S. territories, protectorates and military installations. International customers (those located anywhere other than the 50 United States) may contact us directly concerning prospective orders and we'll be happy to work with you on an individual basis. All customs duties, taxes and associated fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer/importer. At this time, we are unable to accept orders from/ship to unconfirmed PayPal or Credit Card addresses.
 Our impact on the environment is very important to us, and well, to the environment itself. We strive to use minimal packaging in our shipments while ensuring that they'll arrive safely. Those materials we do use are almost all recycled, certified recyclable or reused from our inbound supplies. Excess packaging from our suppliers that we cannot use is recycled or donated locally along with our used spools.
We do not print anything that isn't absolutely necessary. Aside from shipping labels we maintain all of our documentation electronically. The few marketing materials that we do source -stickers and business cards- are environmentally offset. Oh, and we certainly don't leave the lights on when we're not here.
